WRAPPING
We girls are special creatures. We like to be taken care of, we love all tenderness. But we are also a little lazy. As for caring for our body, we want "everything to happen by itself" and preferably "when we sleep."

So wraps in any spa have an incredible success. So, let's talk about body care.

WHAT IS A WRAPPING?
This is a process in which a certain mask is applied to your body: you lie down, relax, and the mask works for you. It happens the way we wanted - we do nothing, but the process happens. Looks tempting, doesn't it?

Body wrap is a procedure during which masks of different compositions are applied to the whole body or to individual parts. These masks consist of active ingredients and neutral substances, which, depending on the composition, act at different temperatures - some should be heated to 37-40-60 degrees, others should have a low temperature of 20-25 degrees.

WHAT KINDS OF WRAPS ARE THERE?
For the wraps to work well, the therapist can change the temperature from hot to cold. The warm temperature of the wrap helps to dilate the blood vessels, open the pores and prepare the skin for the application of the following active ingredients.

After a warm wrap, the active components of the masks penetrate better and deeper into the skin, providing a longer lasting effect. To lie comfortably on the body with a warm mask on, so it does not cool down and does not dry out, we use a thermo blanket.

The composition of the wrapping masks depends on the desired effect. Hot wraps can be relaxing or anti-cellulite.

In addition, the stratum corneum of the epidermis is involved, the pores expand, which promotes the elimination of toxins, the lymphatic system is activated, so that actively burned fats during the procedure are removed with the help of lymphatic drainage.

Cold wraps, the temperature of which is close to natural, are called isothermal. They work only thanks to their active ingredients, which are included in the body mask. These wraps act similarly to cold compresses: they cause vasoconstriction, anti-edema, anti-inflammatory effect. Cold damage is possible only in limited areas of the body, since prolonged exposure to temperatures below 25 degrees can cause discomfort and hypothermia.

WRAPPING PROCESS:
cleansing the body with an exfoliant to rid the skin of dead cells;

applying the necessary body mask;

depending on the method chosen - the body is wrapped in a polyethylene sheet, covered with a thermal blanket;

relaxation 20-30 min;

the composition is completely removed in a contrast shower or with a hot towel;

a body cream is applied with massage movements with active ingredients aimed at reducing the problems with which they worked (hydration, cellulite, sagging skin).

3 BODY PARTS TO KEEP IN MIND
We all do facials, but the arms, neck and neckline are often overlooked. Due to the peculiarities of the structure of the skin in these areas, it deserves even deeper and more special care than the skin on the face. So let's see what the difference is, how you can take care of your skin in these areas, and how you can turn that into your daily routine.
HAND SKIN
The skin on the hands is much less protected than the skin on the face and body. It is thinner and has almost no sebaceous glands. Because of this, the protection function is lower. This is also one of the reasons the skin on the hands tends to dry out. Another reason is that hand skin cells contain 5 times less water than facial skin cells. So a moisturizer is a must. It will replace this lipid layer that lacks skin protection.

Due to the fact that the skin on the hands is thinner, it reacts more to temperature changes, dry air, dust, etc. Cold is especially unpleasant for it.

Unlike other parts of the body, the hands are in constant contact with household chemicals, antiseptics with alcohol in the composition.

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF HAND SKIN?
The most important thing is to moisturize with hand cream. Use it whenever possible, especially in winter, if it is cold outside, do not go out without moisturizing your hands. However, your hands will need the same care as for the neck and neckline: moisturizing, masks, peeling.
NECK SKIN AND NECKLINE.
The structure of the skin of the neck and neckline is similar to the skin of the hands: it is thin and contains little subcutaneous fat. Compared to the skin of the face, the skin of the neck is about 30% thinner. Less developed hydrolipid mantle, which means that the skin is less protected. Hence the dryness and all the consequences.

At the same time, the skin of the neck has unique properties:

it contains and produces less natural collagen, so it is more prone to wrinkles and age-related changes. For example, horizontal circular wrinkles may appear on the neck. To prevent this from happening, you can do a small exercise: take a pencil with your mouth, grab it with your teeth and write numbers from 1 to 10 in the air.

blood vessels are poorly developed, which means that metabolic processes are much slower. Nourishing creams and masks are available.

The skin of the neck is supported by a thin and weak subcutaneous muscle - platysma, which pulls the skin of the neck downward by gravity. With age, it begins to sag faster than other parts of the body.

In addition, habits and lifestyle have great importance. Those who lead a sedentary lifestyle, look at the phone screen for a long time, may notice that when the neck is in the same position, blood circulation slows down, this causes muscle tension, and they squeeze the skin. This creates folds and wrinkles. With age, it becomes more and more. Therefore, it is important to sit correctly, the back is straight, the chin should always be slightly raised.

NECK AND NECKLINE BASIC CARE.
This ritual should be done every day in the morning and before bed: cleansing, toning, applying cream. While applying a serum or nourishing cream to the neckline, make circular motions from bottom to top towards the neck, then go down the sides of the neck.
TYPES OF PIGMENT SPOTS AND METHOD OF CARE.
The appearance of pigmentation on the skin in the form of brown or dark spots has several reasons:

firstly, it is the ultraviolet radiation emitted by the sun and tanning lamps (UVA and UVB)

another factor is hormonal changes in the body (for example, pregnancy).

Spots can appear on all areas of the body that have been exposed to ultraviolet radiation. But those caused by hormonal changes usually appear in women in the facial area.

The forms of hyperpigmentation are:

Melasma or chloasma - manifests as brown patches on the forehead, temples, cheeks, and upper lip. Causes - 50-70% of female hormones during pregnancy, violet (UV) radiation, as well as genetic predisposition. Melasma can also remain after pregnancy and childbirth or after you stop taking the pill. In the autumn-winter period, age spots may become lighter.

Solar lentigines are irregularly shaped light brown spots. Lentigo is one of the first signs of photoaging, and the number of blemishes increases with age. They usually appear on the face, hands, and forearms. In men, for example, on the shoulders and between the shoulder blades.

Freckles. They usually appear in light-skinned people with a genetic predisposition. Freckles appear most of all in childhood and in the sun, and gradually disappear with age. They can appear anywhere on the body. Unlike sunny lentigines, freckles become lighter or may disappear completely in winter.

Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation is a change in the skin, for example, after an inflammatory skin disease (most commonly acne and psoriasis) or after a skin burn. This problem usually occurs in people with darker skin types.

HOW TO CARE?
Skin care for hyperpigmentation should be different at any time of the year.

In summer, avoid the sun whenever possible and only use high-factor sunscreen. In the summer, you cannot carry out procedures to lighten spots or stimulate a radical renewal.

In the autumn-winter period, it is time for more active care. The deepest methods can be used to stimulate the skin for renewal:

chemical peeling,

laser, photorejuvenation (so that the skin texture is uniform, it is good to combine with chemical peeling);

medicated creams with whitening properties (however, creams will not help if the pigmentation is in the dermis);

using sun protection (SPF 50+) every 2 hours. Remember to wear sunscreen even in cloudy weather, as UVB rays penetrate the clouds. The use of hats also serves as good protection.

WHAT AMOUNT OF WATER DO YOU NEED TO DRINK DAILY?
According to a study by American scientists, liquid calories are more important than solid calories. That mean, what we drink sometimes fills us much more than what we eat. That is why all nutritionists recommend drinking plain, clean and still water. But how much?

The World Health Organization estimates that the amount of water a person needs is 30 ml per kilogram of body weight. In other words, 70 kg person needs 2 liters 100 ml of water per day. And how can this help us lose weight? There is scientific evidence to explain when is the best time to drink water to help you lose weight faster. The University of Virginia conducted a study by forcing a group of subjects to drink a glass of water half an hour before meals, while the other group did not - they drank normally, as they usually do. Both groups drank exactly as much water as was expected.

According to the results of the experiment, the group that drank water before meals lost in average three kilograms more than the second. What is generally understandable is that water tends to fill the stomach, so it needs less food. But this is not the only reason why we lose weight thanks to water. The fact that we drink water correctly will help speed up all metabolic processes, including fat burning.

First, do a little experiment - when you are hungry, drink a glass of water. Sometimes the body signals that it lacks water, not food. Nutritionists say that the most important glass of water is in the morning. On an empty stomach, at least 15 minutes before meals, slowly drink 1-2 glasses of water. If the acidity of the stomach is normal, you can squeeze half a lemon.

You need to start drinking water gradually, from 1-1.5 liters per day (but only water), bringing it to the recommended rate. The rest of the drinks - tea, coffee, cola, herbal teas have a diuretic effect. In other words, they only increase the lack of water in the body. Milk, juices, lemonades, smoothies are liquid products and do not have the properties of water.

HOW TO REST AFTER WORKING DAY?
How to relax after a tiring day at work more effectively and with advantages for the whole body? Everyone who works has experienced severe fatigue at some point. This is especially true for family people who have to cook dinner after work and take care of their children. Many of us, due to the heavy workload at home and at work, simply do not have free time for rest.
WHY IS REST SO IMPORTANT
First of all, in the absence of proper rest, the motivation to continue working and to life in general will gradually decrease. If you do not rest for a long time, you can become depressed, which can develop into a nervous breakdown, general weakness, and cause other diseases.

In addition, lack of rest can lead to consequences such as:

decreased concentration of attention, which can lead to the impossibility of solving the assigned tasks;

constant irritability;

deterioration in mood;

decrease in the level of social adaptation;

inability to be creative and reduced efficiency.
